The program was started by a restaurant owner with real, hands-on experience fixing restaurants and running food service operations day-to-day—so we know the exact problems owners face on the line, on the books, and on the clock. Founder, Restaurant Profit Systems

I've spent over 20 years in the food service industry, from every angle imaginable. After earning my degree in Food and Beverage Management from UNLV (2003-2008), I learned the business from the ground up—bartending through college, managing high-volume grocery operations at Walmart where I mastered inventory systems and supply chain logistics.

For six years, I served as General Manager at Love's Travel Stops, where I became deeply familiar with multi-concept operations including Godfather's Pizza, Subway, Carl's Jr., and proprietary food service. This is where I learned that the difference between profit and loss lives in the details—portion control, waste management, labor scheduling, and theft prevention.

My performance led to selection as a regional operations trainer, where I traveled nationwide to mentor General Managers in operational excellence and profit optimization strategies. I was also entrusted with opening new flagship locations, developing comprehensive training programs for incoming General Managers to ensure each site launched as a profitable, efficiently-run operation from day one.

I took everything I learned and launched my own food truck business, which became wildly successful. I expanded into a full restaurant and bar, then grew my food truck fleet. After selling the restaurant for a substantial profit, I focused on what I do best—mobile food service.

Today I operate a diverse fleet of mobile food service operations spanning multiple brands and business entities, and I've seen firsthand how the same profit killers destroy margins across every concept. The systems in this course aren't theory. They're the exact frameworks I use daily to protect my own businesses from the five profit killers that bleed restaurants dry.
